A collaboration between a group of culinary visionaries and a passionate North Fork farmer with an eye for detail and a love for visual storytelling.
For nearly 15 years, my team and I worked diligently and creatively using regenerative farming practices to grow unconventional ingredients for Michelin chefs.
As Owner and Producer, my role ranged from conceptualizing and implementing technical, creative and marketing strategies, to budgeting and staff management.
